We welcome Solo Drivers, Established Teams, and Solos willing to Team. For any Solo Drivers interested in Team opportunities, New Century will pair you up with an optimal team partner and get you on the road to success!
Competitive Pay:
Solo Drivers: average over $1,100 per week gross
Road Division: $0.437 to $0.456, depending on experience, Stop Pay of $15.00
Long Haul Team Drivers: 51.3 cpm split, $15.00 per stop split, $xxxx Sign-On split
Hometime Varies:
OTR Lanes - home every 10-14 days
Regional Lanes - weekly hometime
Teams - out 3-6 weeks at a time, depending on location

Paid Holidays: after 90 days full time employees are eligible for seven holidays per calendar year. Holidays are paid at the rate of 8 hours per day at your existing hourly rate
Paid Vacation: based on the length of service full time employees are eligible for a paid vacation. Vacations are paid at 40 hours per week at your existing hourly rate
Paid Personal Days: Earn 1 personal day per year up to 5 years. For a total of 5 paid personal days. Personal days are paid at 8 hours at your existing hourly rate.

LTL Company Driver Qualifications:
At least 23 years of age or older
Class A CDL
Hazmat Endorsement, or willingness to acquire within 30 days
Tanker Endorsement, or willingness to acquire within 30 days
Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR safe driving experience
