Controller Multi Site Manufacturing in Richmond, Virginia For Sale

A dynamic, international manufacturing company is in need of a Corporate Controller.  The business is growing both organically and also through acquisition.  Some international travel is required (10%).  Fantastic benefits and competitive compensation offered.  
 Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities: 
Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports. 
Analysis of the monthly actual expense versus plan management reports. 
Support the development of quarterly business updates and 4-year operating plan to include project profit and loss, divisional and company income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow as needed. 
Assist in contract estimates at completion analyses.
Perform other analysis as assigned (lease vs. buy, etc.). 
Assist with complex analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution, capital budgeting process; provide fixed asset projections and variance analysis between budgets and actuals. 
 Education:
 The position requires an undergraduate degree in business, preferably in finance, accounting, or economics. An advanced degree (MBA, CPA, etc.) is preferred or equivalent work experience. 
Experience: 
 Strong personal computer skills are required, specifically Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. 
 Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical. 
7 years of experience required. 
 Knowledge of Cost Accounting, SAP, inventory preferred
