Networking with other company resources to define and refine opportunities for projects that help achieve company business objectives while maintaining or improving plant Quality, Delivery, Safety and Morale. Will work with and indirectly manage and coordinate internal and external resources to develop and execute capital projects involved with all aspects of our clients facility. Ensures that projects are implemented in a safe, timely and economical manner while maintaining project budget and scope.QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Engineering required, preferably electrical & controls, automation engineering 5-8 or more years of related Project Engineering/Management experience required 3 or more years experience managing capital projects required Experience with automation, electrical & controls knowledge highly desirable Food manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to execute multiple project assignments simultaneously ranging from $50M - $1MM Ability to work with internal and external customers to develop solutions that meet customer needs. Good communication and presentation skills and the ability to work well with others.
