Position Responsibilities : Performing each essential duty satisfactorily, per Honeywell standards Driving Maintenance Excellence as the liaison between Operations and Maintenance Setting priorities for assigned area(s) as well as reviewing, approving, and auditing notifications Communicating planned maintenance work and ensuring that the equipment specific LTT (Lock Tag & Try) procedures are available Ensuring equipment is ready for maintenance activities per schedule Issuing permits as needed Communicating to maintenance that LTT is in place, and job is ready for maintenance Minimizing attainment impact of planned and unplanned equipment outages Working with area to identify and prioritizing maintenance work for assigned area Working with Planner on budget Reviewing and approving contractor work Participating as a key participant in daily and weekly planning meeting Supporting area engineers in outage planning Coordinating ISO calibrations, PRV (Pressure Relief Valve) testing, code inspections, hoist inspections, winterizations, scheduled Preventative Maintenance, other equipment readiness functions as well as other reliability issues Writing maintenance notifications as needed for area Initiating for safe and effective shutdown and start-up of equipment including permits, Lock Out Tag Out, and procedures Leading, coaching, mentoring, and directing employees in the correct operation of equipment Coordinating major outages with Operations and Maintenance Actively auditing maintenance work to ensure compliance to safety procedures Writing safety and operation SOPs as required Frequently communicating with Maintenance Leader and Planner Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality, sex, or veteran status.
