Payroll / AP Specialist A small family owned company seeks a Payroll/AP Specialist to assist in all aspects of payroll processing, tax, w2, 401K, and accounts payable for a staff of 60 in VA only. 
 Responsibilities, Duties, and Tasks: 
 ? Ensure all Payroll Department checks are cut accurately and timely using ADP software. Scope includes payroll adjustments and deductions, such as    garnishment, dues, etc. for bi-weekly payroll and semi-monthly payroll. 
 ? Preparation of file of tax withholding information, responsible for tax compliance in multiple states.
 ? Preparation of file of 401k information which you will administer 
? Accounts payable and inventory, sales, freight account reconciliations.
 ? Assist in various other HR duties such as benefits administration.
 Qualifications, Requirements: 
? College degree in accounting or equivalent experience in computerized payroll functions
 ? Minimum 3 years experience in payroll and payables 
? Requires maturity and experience to interface with all levels of management and data processing and software vendors.
