Wireless Site Acquisition Manager Responsibilities: Coordinate with Site Development team, LL's and SAQ Vendors to implement project goals. Pro-actively drive project schedule and report on progress to Site Acquisition Manager. Manage site acquisition vendors on a daily basis to keep project on track. Attend weekly deployment meetings and provide Site Acq updates to the team/mgmt. Coordinate with A&E and Construction Team for BP processing and to address jurisdictional comments. Review leases and site lease summaries. Prepare progress reports as required. Process purchase order requests for site acquisition services. Minimum requirements: Must have experience of Telecom Site Development in local market (Indianapolis) Strong Excel capability to include v-lookup and pivot tables. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and pro-active thinker.
