POSITION SUMMARY
Currently hiring for a Nurse Practitioner for a new practice opportunity located in Chester, VA. The space is about xxxx sf and will be built out for 4 providers. It’s a busy area with a lot of retail in the area and a pretty high population in the immediate area. It has the potential to be a very high-volume office because of its location. We will accept walk ins initially to ramp patient volumes
Job Requirements
1. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner’s program or Physician Assistant Program
2. Licensed in the State of Virginia as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant..
3. Possess a Master’s Degree in nursing or a related field.
4. Direct patient care experience as an RN, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in Cardiac Surgery required.
5. Experience in staff development, education, or precepting nurses and other clinicians.
6. Demonstrates skills in clinical quality improvement and in resource management.
7. Current BCLS certification.
