Senior Financial Analyst in Richmond, Virginia For Sale

This position will be an active member of the Corporate Finance and Business Development team, providing analytical and statistical support in the way of financial modeling. The position will work closely with senior management to accomplish the following:
Lead in development and maintaining of near term and long term financial models
Ability to model potential acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, etc.
Conduct scenario and impact analysis to the long term corporate plan
Perform industry and company research and analysis
Produce executive briefings on existing and potential projects
Participate in special projects, as required 
Candidate qualifications include:
Must have a minimum 5 to 7 years experience
Strong understanding of financial statements and discounted cash flow techniques
Excellent financial modeling abilities 
Deep understanding or corporate financing alternatives, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures .
Ability to interpret, summarize and then clearly communicate with management
Bachelor's degree required (business, finance, accounting or related field)
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), database management, etc.
MBA strongly preferred
