·         Preparation of the income statement and the balance sheet
·         CAM reconciliation of assigned retail property portfolio
·         Breaking down a lease agreement and fielding inquiries
·         Variance analysis from budget to actual
Qualifications:
·         CAM Reconciliation experience
·         Fixed Asset experience is a plus
·         Financial statement preparation
·         Bachelor?s degree in relevant field
·         Able to work effectively in a team environment
