Real Estate Analyst - (Richmond) in Richmond, Virginia For Sale

This position will support Dominions Corporate Real Estate organization. This is an excellent opportunity to work with diverse real estate projects across an expanding Energy Company. In this position you will be involved in activities associated with leasing, acquisition and disposition of real property (commercial and industrial). As a Real Estate Analyst you will negotiate real estate agreements and documents. You will provide oversight and review legal correspondence and documents to acquire interest in real estate. This position will respond to business unit requests to interpret real estate documents and assist in guiding business unit projects involving real estate. You will be responsible for developing financial analysis, property due diligence, development of real estate documents and assessing lease reconciliations. In addition, you will supply data in support of quarterly real estate related filings required for regulated reporting Job Qualifications 4 years directly related experience in real estate required Commercial/Industrial real estate experience preferred Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Real estate principles and procedures, plats and surveys, real estate law, business procedures, preferred Strong verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal skills Strong Personal computer andresearch experience required Prior experience withnegotiation in real estate strongly preferred Additional Skills: (Required) - Zoning and permitting knowledge - Real Estate transaction experience (commercial) - Site selection experience - preferred - Real Estate contract knowledge - Understanding of real estate valuation Education Required Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor , Disciplines: Preferred: Business,Real Estate Working Conditions Office Work Environment 76-100%,Travel Up to 25% Sponsorship At this time, Dominion cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position.
