Real Estate Office Manager in Richmond, Virginia For Sale

Real estate office manager needed 30 to 40 hours a week in the Williamsburg area. Duties include answering the phone and taking messages; distributing incoming mail; scanning, faxing and copying documents, creating documents, spreadsheets and presentations; completing expense reports and other accounting forms; answering routine inquiries from clients, agents and brokers. This applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Quicken as well as have exceptional oral and written skills. Able to work independently, efficiently and multi-task is a must. Experience with property management is essential to this position. Candidate must have experience with collecting and recording rental payments, creating work orders for maintenance issues and photocopying lease agreements.
