I work a lot and usually take one day off a week to enjoy my home. I have very few guests over and I would prefer the same of my roommate. Once a week maybe? The Grove at Swift Creek is gated with a pool, tennis court, walking path and fitness facility and loaded clubhouse. Our apartment is thirty strides facing the pool and close to the front entrance for a quick in and out. I prefer clean and very respectful. Not looking to live in a museum or cemetery but at least a nice restaurant with good entertainment. Lastly, I am easy but do follow the rules and ask the same of someone that resides with me.
