Key Role:Maintain responsibility for leading the evaluation and reengineering of current business processes of Army logistic domains end-to-end processes. Recommend and design cost effective strategies to increase the efficiency of the organization's business processes through changes in policies, procedures, organization structure, and the application of enabling technology. Serve as a primary thought leader in the development of business solutions and conduct Army logistics domain BPR activities in accordance with DoD business process reengineering assessment guidance. Execute large-scale organization transformations and redesigns focused on achieving improved performance. Facilitate the use of new and innovative change management tools and techniques to drive organizational and cultural change in complex environments. Align organizational functions, people, processes and methodologies, technology, and organization structures to plan, measure, monitor, and drive performance. Research various industry sectors, deliver insight and business best practices to address the clients mission-critical needs, and formulate market-based operating strategies and CONOPS.Basic Qualifications:-10 years of experience with process improvement-Experience with leading business process reengineering efforts on large scale business or system improvement projects-Experience with managing the analysis, process design and reengineering, development, integration, and implementation of system improvements-Secret clearance-BA or BS degreeAdditional Qualifications:-Experience with conducting Army logistics domain BPR activities in accordance with DoD business process reengineering assessment guidance-Experience with BPR in Army logistics domain ERP or Army financial business systems, including the logistics modernization program, global combat support system, Army enterprise systems integration program, and general fund enterprise business system-Experience with Army tactical, operational, and strategic logistics systems-Experience with assignments in HQ AMC, HQDA G-4, PEO EIS, CASCOM, or the industry in supporting Army logistic domain business process reengineering-Experience with Microsoft Office applications-Ability to develop senior-level briefings, documentation, analyses, and reportsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
