Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams and influence others to work towards common goal Change management as team continually adjusts to new technologies and processes Support IT Sprints to include: sprint planning, grooming, prioritization support, daily stand-ups, and release support Analyze information to make decisions and/or influence change Represent team or process to stakeholders and partners Ensure all aspects of risk, compliance, and process controls are well-managed and followed Have excellent communication, partnership, and leadership skills Manage to goals and communicate successes Resolve issues quickly and escalate appropriately Act as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with messaging partners to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions Provide clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management Ability to influence or negotiate with other functional areas Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or military experience 2 year of experience in Project, Process or Product management 1 year experience with a Technology team Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Business, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration (MBA) PMP, Product Management, or Six Sigma Certifications 2 years of experience with a Technology team 2+ years of Digital Experience 2+ Years of Process Management, Operations management & Supplier management Experience 2+ years Agile Environment Experience 1 Year of HTML Coding Experience
