Position Title: Saleforce Developer/Techincal Lead -Direct Hire Location: Richmond, VA Position Status: Direct Hire Compensation: 120K Description: We are currently looking for our client actively a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual as not only will this individual own Salesforce Design and Development but they will shape the future of the company's SalesForce Development environment, processes, organization and strategy. This is a critical role embarking on a mission critical highly visible project to replace its Enterprise System. The new environment will use many applications, many or most of which are not designed to work with one another out of the box. The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for integrating separate but related apps to help our client achieve greater levels of operational consistency, efficiency, and quality. Role Responsibilities: Salesforce Technical Lead. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual as not only will this individual own Salesforce Design and Development but they will shape the future of the company's SalesForce Development environment, processes, organization and strategy Highly visible project to replace its Enterprise System The SalesForce Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying solutions using Apex and Visual Force, ensuring the overall quality of SalesForce solutions, defining the vision of a technical solution, and providing leadership working with other technical groups, business leaders and external partners. Translate strategies, functional and non-functional requirements into appropriate architectures and designs Document technical requirements needed to drive solution design Develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions Ensure all IT solutions integrate effectively Write and execute comprehensive test scripts Mentor/train/coach development staff on APEX best practices and standards Perform code reviews and make change recommendations Implement coding, testing and deployment processes in all environments Skills & Qualifications Required: 5+ years of total experience in software development, analysis and design 3+ years of experience with Apex Coding including Declarative development, Web Services, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflow Rules, Process Builder Visual Workflow, Validation Rules, and SOQL Systems Integration experience architecting and designing complex integrated systems where SalesForce has to integrate with other applications. Application design experience specifically Orgs with Large Data Volume Experience with SalesForce platform limitations and creating solutions to these limitations Experience creating and managing Salesforce custom objects, fields, formulas, custom workflow, and approval processes. Experience importing, exporting and processing large volumes of data within Salesforce. Experienced in full life-cycle Agile development environment Self-motivated, self-starter able to thrive in a small shop environment with little direction Preferred Skills/Experience Experience with Managed Packages built by Salesforce.com partners to distribute and sell applications to customers NGO Connect ASP.NET, .NET, AJAX, XML, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server, SSIS and Oracle is a plus Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I and Platform Developer I certifications If this is you - I would like to connect immediately!
